As part of the new direction we are headed with our soup kitchen we are now required to take a food safety course to comply with our new insurance. This safety course will be required of EVERY volunteer who helps out in our kitchen/ food prep area. Fortunately, those of you who are not involved in food preparation in any way whatsoever, will not be required to take the 30 min. course, quizzes, and post-test. The directions to take the course online requires 3 steps.
First, go to the following website and create a profile (username and password):

Second, go to the following website, login to the site, and take the required "food safety course":

Thirdly, when you complete the course please print out and/or email us your certificate of completion. You can give Fr. Juan Diego a copy of your certificate or email it to us at: [email protected]
